Good concept but I thought it could've used a little more punch at the end. Kind've funny.

What???? Damn Ron Jeremy is washed up. He actually let you pay him for this idea?

I loved it. Ignore the critics. I've seen MTV ads that had nothing to do with music other than the tag line. Trust me, this is very good. Ignore the haters. I guarantee they can't do better.

Fairly entertaining. Really bad acting helps. Viral because of its star power. Though the tone might be right for the client, it doesn't really connect. Concept is not quite there as the payoff is somewhat underwhelming.

A quick note - I embedded some "remote tracking" code in this quicktimem and today I took a look at the stats. It's been seen about 27,000 times on this site, and through the "viral effect" (it being passed around to friends) it's been seen an additional 23,700 times, on computers world wide.

Interesting.

speaking of tired, "ham-fisted" is such a lame critique. This spot is pretty good, but hardly the best on this site.

Hot girls rule..... but this spot doesn't. The cheesy porn gag is a tired tired choice. AB AB

Take a look at this director's other work, on the site. (LA times spot, and Heineken spot)

I get it it's a spoof. Still could have subtler humour and surprising acting turns to make it ring. Look at Boogie Nights. Director might be better suited for directing real porn until he learns the finer arts of Directing actors and camera placement. It's not just following the boards!

eh. I am tired of Ron Jeremy. He's an such an easy choice to make something seem "edgy". And thus he's not edgy at all. Still, it's not awful.

To the last poster: It's a spoof of a porno movie! Of course it has bad acting, and ham fisted directing. I guess you're not familiar with the "porn genre" Perhaps you should do some research ;)

really bad acting. Ham fisted Directing. The twin strippers are the subtlest thing about this spot.

Disappointing only if you are a highbrow snob jackass whose opinion doesn't matter anyway. This ad's message is crystal clear: You're stuck in neutral without a soundtrack for your life. Identifies brilliantly with the No. 2 music-lifestyle brand (after iPod).

Should have been a :15 or :20 and the "large sausage" line is about as tired as it gets. Still, it's a far better effort than most of the spots on this site.

Fun spot, I think it is "irreverent" enough for the brand.

took way too long to get to the meat of it

Jim Lansbury, I'll "pay" for your pizza any day. Even so, it felt like a spec strategy.
